JDB Bearing is backed with strengthening Copper that has good physical performance and good capability for casting.
JDB Copper Bearings is a special formulation of high strength copper-based body surface at a certain angle and density of embedded solid lubricant specially formulated by precision machining.
JDB Bearing is widely used on consecutive casting and rolling machines, mine-exploiting equipment, ships, steam engine, etc.
Avoid use in seawater.
Strengthening Copper + Solid Lubricant Plugs Bearings with Flange can be used with rotary, reciprocating shaking motion and movement.Embedded in the falnge part because there is no lubricant, not axial load.
What’s more, the Copper backing has pretty good anti-erosion ability in air, fresh water and seawater. The surface is regularly and finely machined with sockets in which particular solid lubricant is filled. Diamater 31.5mm-63mm hydraulic cylinder is put on the intermediate shaft using fresh products.
